Learning a few 5-star meals can do wonders for your teen's or young adult's confidence! These classes will teach repeatable skills, time-management, little hacks they won't learn on TikTok, and the real-life experience to take ingredients from ideas onto the plate

I don't believe everyone needs to love cooking. However, given that humans cannot survive without food, it's my belief that teen and young adults will benefit from having basic skills in the kitchen along with several recipes they are confident and excited to make. A knowledge about delicious meal prep, how to properly season food, and the art of timing will build confidence and give opportunity for connection throughout their life.

In order to enjoy cooking, teens and young adults need to love the food they are making. I will work with your students' palate as well as expose them to new flavors so they can explore known and unknown ingredients.

Ages 16-25 are welcome! Whether they want to impress parents or boyfriend/girlfriend with a fancy meal or want several recipes they can consistently make, each class will teach them skills they will use for a lifetime.
